Belvedere Clubs Code of Conduct

All students and their families must follow the Code of Conduct in order to participate in Belvedere's Club. Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in removal from Belvedere Clubs.

Belvedere Clubs Code of Conduct

1.  Pick up your children at 5:15 p.m. If a family repeatedly fails to pick up their student on time, that student will not be permitted to continue to participate in Belvedere Clubs. We have families and other obligations too. It is also very stressful for children waiting to be picked up. Repeated and serious lateness risks losing our volunteers and staff members who must stay with children until they are picked up. This puts our entire program in jeopardy.

2. Provide two emergency cell phone numbers. It is very important that you provide us with cell phone numbers where we can reach you in an emergency. It is very stressful for our students and volunteers when we cannot reach families in an emergency or if there is miscommunication about dismissal.

3.After registration is closed, we cannot admit more students or offer refunds. The safety of your children is our number one priority. Late registrations cause confusion about where your child should go at dismissal. Teachers, staff, and parent volunteers are teaching or at work and are not able to monitor late registrations. Your child will have another opportunity to register for the next session. Likewise, we are not able to offer refunds after registration closes.

4. Respect Club volunteers and staff. Parent volunteers and Belvedere staff give generously of their time to run this program. They have family and work obligations as well. Please be respectful of their time and efforts. Students who refuse to follow rules or become disruptive will be sent home and parents will be called to pick them up early. Significant or repeated disruptive behavior may result in being withdrawn from participation in Belvedere Clubs.
