Membership

WHY JOIN?

 

The PTA’s mission is “to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children”.  Members are parents, teachers, staff, and other significant adults in the lives of our children. We hope that at least one adult from each Belvedere family will consider becoming a member.  Belvedere has a strong tradition of membership from its parents, teachers and staff.

Joining the PTA comes with no commitments or expectations.  We do have so many events though and hope you will join us to further build the Belvedere Elementary School community. Joining the PTA does not commit you to volunteer time. Your membership simply means that you support our efforts and our goals. In addition, your membership gives you voting privileges at our general meetings.

 

Membership comes with some additional money-saving benefits to you. Whether you’re buying school supplies for the kids or renting a car for your next family vacation, PTA members can save money on everyday purchases thanks to National PTA’s Member Benefits Provider Program.
