Enjoy a playful yoga practice, while learning the basics of breath, movement & relaxation. This is the perfect way to get centered with friends at the end of a long school day. (Grades K-5)

Please contact me about volunteering. (Volunteers who give 10 or more hours will receive one free class during then next session and priority registration. Volunteer hours are available from 4-5:30 p.m. each school day.)
